The below is for if you're experiencing a card feed error on an Evolis Primacy:
Please ensure that you're using the correct power supply, the sticker on the power brick should display 24v.
Please ensure that the gauge in the input hopper is set to 0.76mm.
Please check that your cards are clean and from an authentic distributor.
