Evolis Agilia Connectivity Issue

The printer is seen as online from Windows (control panel>Devices&Printers), and can print from cardpresso but is seen offline from Evolis Premium Suite driver.


- Unplug the printer USB
- Run printmanagement.msc and check the printer islinked to the correct driver:


instances Agilia


- Deleted Agilia instance from Printmanagement.msc
- Deleted from - Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners​
 in- Once this "ghost" instance is deleted and the printer USB is plugged back, the instance is created and Ready in the EPS2 driver.
