            Using the service tab to diagnose issues on IDP printers

            Firstly, navigate to:

            Control panel > Devices and printers > PRINTER (right click) > Printer properties > Service.




            Then click the '+' icon to expand the printer options.



            This will tell us more information on whatever error the printer is encountering.
