Smart 50 Resolving Ribbon search errors

To try and resolve your ribbon search error please can you follow these instructions on cleaning the ribbon sensors and print rollers.

 

 

 

To start the Smart Printer cleaner Cycle do the following. 

1.       Browse to Devices and Printers on your computer. 

2.       Right Click the IDP Smart 50 Printer icon and select Printer Properties 

3.       Click the Service tab 

4.       Click the Clean Printer button at the bottom of the Screen 

5.       Follow the onscreen instructions. See attached pdf for details.
