There are 2 possibilities, and see which of the following below applies to your situation.

1. The Smart-51D flipper module was removed from the combination, but the template you are using is a double-sided document. The result will be a data option error. 

Resolution:   Set your template to print one page. 

2. The Smart-51D printer driver was set to print on both sides, but there is no flipper (or the flipper has been removed) in your configuration. 

Resolution:  You can correct this by accessing your printing preferences in the "Devices and Printers" menu. Select the "Printing" tab, and set the sides option to "Top." Then select "Ok" to set the changes and retry printing.
