If you have Printer or Smart card connection issues try to disable those settgins
Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Power Options > Edit Plan Settings
Disable all USB Selective Support Settigns
Under Device manger Disable "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" in all HID devices you find on the system
