Shipping with DHL

This article will demonstrate how we ship with DHL - For internal use only

Click on ship and then create a shipment.

Do not alter our details on the left, input the customer details on the right. If you first enter the country, this will populate addresses we have already shipped to.

Under shipment details, select return after repair or any other purpose.

Then input the value and weight (£50 is the maximum our insurance will cover) and where it was made (if unsure, please ask another member of the team).

Add shipment reference, in our case the RMA number.

Select the package dimensions.

Select who will pay – This needs to be 188730768 Digital ID Ltd and in most cases, the receiver will pay.

Ensure that the cheapest and soonest (in most cases) is selected.

Upload a copy of our invoice, this must be a PDF. Attached is an example that you can edit.

Once complete, click accept and continue.
