If you are having an issue with the ribbon cutting with a clean cut not a jagged cut there are 2 options in the direr you can look to resolve this problem.
1. Enabling the Trailing Edge Correction option in the Printing preferences of the driver.
20. Adjusting the Top Offset by increasing the value.
To get t this page, search Windows for Control Panel> Devices and Printers > right click ZC10L Printer driver and select printing preferences.
