IDP Smart 70 Card Out Error is caused if the card cannot move from the input hopper to the printer.
Make sure the 2 card in sensors are cleaned with a can of compressed air or an alcohol swab
The sensors in the photo can be seen if you remove the ribbon cartridge and look front left inside the printer unit.
You can also use compressed air or a swab to clean the sensor in the input unit which is to the left of hte card out slot as pictured in the attached.
