1. check the connection between the Interface board and mainboard. If it is loose, it may occur. (back panel needs removing)
2. It is a rare case but the replaced interface board may be also damaged.
Please replace it again.
3. I didn't get the cause is the mainboard or cable between the MB and interface board, but please replace them and test it again.
4. To check the issue port of Red cable,
Please connect the issued SMART-70P to the Input hopper only, and then connect it to the Output hopper only. (IP / PO combination)
By this test, you can find the issued port.
