If card are not feeding into or exiting printer or laminator module check print hooks are in place so they are forcing metal bar/idle roller down. If the metal bar is loose there is no pressure on idle roller.
If the spring hooks look correct then sometimes main drive belt in back of printer has come of its cogs.
