How to resolve flaring on an IDP printer

Please do the following to amend colour flaring on your IDP printer

1. Go to https://www.idp-corp.com/index/bbs/board.php?bo_table=s4_1 and input the product correlating to you, E.G Smart-51S for a single sided Smart 51.

Then scroll down, locate and download the "Installation CD"

Once this has been downloaded, find the file and right click on this, please select "Extract all" from here you will be able to go into the extracted file and select "Utilities".

Once in here, select "CardPrinterConfig"

It may prompt you for a password, but this isn't needed; just simply click "Ok" and it will give you access to the config.

Once in here, you will be able to alter the Density values on your ID Card Printer, I would suggest confering with the Technical Support agent you're speaking with to determine which values to alter (it will be best to send a screenshot of the page displaying the values)
