If you need to uses the app functionality in EasyBadge you may need to change some of the firewall settings on your PC.
EasyBadge accesses the cloud via standard https port 443 via SSL. You can determine if they can use this by browsing to:
https://apps.easybadge.com/v2/ic/test
The address you need to let through the firewall is below..
https://apps.easybadge.com/v2/
although browsing to this address will not be permitted and will report
Server Error in '/v2' Application.
