I would try the following If any of your logos are printed in black.
1. Open up the template by clicking change a design button
2. Make sure your design is selected and click “Edit a Template”.
3. When the template is on screen click on the logo that prints wrong.
4. Try setting the transparency option to “None” ( NB Different artwork files may need different settings)
Some artwork files can cause an issue with this option and it defaults the logo to K Resin when it’s printed.
