The issue you have described is most likely a print head issue.
To start the process of a warranty claim to get the print head replaced we need you to provide the following information
1. Serial number of printer in question
2. Photo or scan of print output.
3. Audit Log from Printer Manager Web page. (follow instructions on page 36 of attached pdf to log into Printer Manager)
a. Log in as web user
b. Select status on menu (top left)
c. Select Audit Log from dropdown and take screen shot showing all information or click download audit option.
Once we have all this information we can contact Datacard and start the process of a print head replacement claim under the warranty terms.
