How to add a YES/NO printed field in EasyBadge

You can add a YES/No field into the EasyBadge database to record if a card has been printed.

1. Click the menu button in the top left of the EasyBadge Program window.  

2. Click Add Field.

4. Select “To Print” and click the “create” button.

5. You then need to select modify field and set the default value to “True” as below. Any new records will be set to Yes (needs printing)

This will add a yes not field which is updated once the card is printed.
